Commercial Terms

• ZingPDF is sold on a recurring subscription basis.
• All paid subscriptions include access to all generally offered ZingPDF packages.
• Solo and Team are standard commercial offers. Enterprise covers custom terms and larger deals.
• Bundling the unmodified binaries inside your own application is permitted while subscribed.
• Reselling ZingPDF itself as a library, SDK, package, service, or competing product is not permitted.
• Each legal entity needs its own license coverage.
• Contractors may use seats licensed to the contracting legal entity.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Coverage continues to the end of the paid billing cycle.

Current plan names, seat counts, pricing, and support entitlements are commercial offer labels that may change over time. The applicable checkout page, quote, order, or invoice controls the exact commercial scope.
