Non-commercial use, internal evaluation, and other use that does not generate commercial gain are allowed under the applicable evaluation and non-commercial terms.

Commercial use requires paid license coverage with sufficient licensed seats or a separate written commercial agreement. A paid subscription grants continuing rights to versions released during its paid term.

Without written permission, you may not

• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of ZingPDF, except where applicable law prevents that restriction
• redistribute source code
• resell ZingPDF on a standalone basis or as part of another competing offering
• publish, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, assign, transfer, or otherwise make ZingPDF available as a standalone library, SDK, package, service, or toolkit
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

With paid license coverage, you may

• use ZingPDF commercially within the purchased license scope
• bundle the unmodified ZingPDF binaries inside your own applications
• access all generally offered ZingPDF packages made available under the subscription

Bundling is allowed only if the required licensing assets, terms, notices, and attribution remain intact.

After cancellation or expiry, you may continue to use and distribute applications with unmodified versions released during the paid term within the purchased scope. New versions and support require an active subscription.
