Non-commercial use, internal evaluation, and other use that does not generate commercial gain are allowed under the applicable evaluation and non-commercial terms.

Commercial use requires an active paid subscription with sufficient licensed seats or a separate written commercial agreement.

Without written permission, you may not

• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of ZingPDF, except where applicable law prevents that restriction
• redistribute source code
• resell ZingPDF on a standalone basis or as part of another competing offering
• publish, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, assign, transfer, or otherwise make ZingPDF available as a standalone library, SDK, package, service, or toolkit
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

With an active paid subscription, you may

• use ZingPDF commercially within the purchased license scope
• bundle the unmodified ZingPDF binaries inside your own applications
• access all generally offered ZingPDF packages made available under the subscription

Bundling is allowed only if the required licensing assets, terms, notices, and attribution remain intact.
