Refund Policy

ZingPDF is sold on monthly and annual subscription plans.

Initial purchases

If your first subscription purchase is not a fit, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge by emailing tom@zingpdf.dev.

A refunded or reversed payment grants no continuing commercial rights under that term. Rights from earlier paid terms are unaffected.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally not refunded once processed. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

• refunds may still be offered in cases of duplicate billing, accidental purchase, or reproducible product issues
• refunds may also be provided where required by law
• Stripe may process refunds in accordance with the payment flow and platform policies in effect at purchase time
