Refund Policy

ZingPDF is sold on a monthly subscription basis.

Initial purchases

If your first subscription purchase is not a fit, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge by emailing tom@zingpdf.com.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally not refunded once processed. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

• refunds may still be offered in cases of duplicate billing, accidental purchase, or reproducible product issues
• refunds may also be provided where required by law
• Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, may issue refunds in accordance with its platform policies
