Evaluation Terms
The terms governing non-commercial use, technical evaluation, and proof-of-concept work with ZingPDF.
Evaluation use is permitted for internal non-commercial review, compatibility testing, proof-of-concept work, non-production prototyping, and testing in non-production environments at any scale.
Evaluation use does not require a fixed trial period
No default time limit applies, but evaluation rights continue only while the use remains genuinely non-commercial and compliant with these terms.
Evaluation use does not allow
- commercial use or other use for commercial gain
- live production deployment for customers
- internal business operations beyond genuine evaluation
- redistribution to third parties
- modification of the software
- commercial bundling, sublicensing, or resale
Commercial use begins when ZingPDF is used for commercial gain or business operations outside genuine evaluation.
